You are cordially invited to join us for a special event, "Lutheran Hope in a Dark World" which will help us navigate many world issues including self-harm, same sex attraction, gender dysphoria, pornography, use of technology, trauma and more.
This free event will take place at Faith on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with lunch provided. You are welcome to invite friends and family members alike, but please know you need to register for this free event so that we may plan for lunch!
Together with Higher Things speaker and host of Christ in All Things, Rev. Harrison Goodman, we will learn how to speak in truth and act in love as we face current challenging societal situations.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Join us in between Sunday Services at 9:15 in the Fellowship Hall. Each week, we focus on God's word and the lessons that are being taught in the Sunday School classrooms that morning. This encourages families to discuss the lesson throughout the week and continue learning about the Faith throughout our daily lives.
Highschoolers are encouraged to attend.
Beginning Sept. 21, this six-week class will be held in the lounge, between services on Sundays covering the Six Chief Parts of the Christian faith. This will be a great refresher on our Christian confession and will also serve as a new member class for those interested in joining the congregation.
Please contact the church office if you have any questions at 920-435-5524 or office@flcgb.com.
Tuesday mornings starting promptly at 6 am and ending at 7 am in the Church Lounge. Coffee and light breakfast will be provided.
The Order of Matins in the Sanctuary on Tuesday Mornings at 9 am.
What is “Matins”?
Today we receive our Lord’s gracious gifts through the Order of Matins. The word “Matins” comes from the Latin word “matutinus” which means “of the morning.” Matins is a service of prayer that is used by the Church in the morning. What better way than to begin each morning deep in God’s wonderful Word?
Every Tuesday at 9:30, join us for a discussion led Bible Study learning more about God’s Word and daily life. Filled with fellowship and study, this is a great time to grow in your relationship with God and with fellow Christians. This study meets in the lounge.
Women’s Bible Study will resume Wednesday, September 10, at 6:30 pm in the Lounge. We will be using the book Divine Directions: How God Guides Your Path by Sharla Fritz. We will meet through November 12, but we skip the first Wednesday of each month so as not to conflict with Book Group – that way you can participate in both!
Each week on Thursdays, a podcast featuring our Director of Parish Music Paul Heiser and the preacher for the upcoming Sunday will give a little more background on the Theology And Liturgy Knowledge (T.A.L.K.) aspects of the upcoming Sunday Morning Service.
The Feast Bible Study is on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Join together with other young adult members of the congregation for Bible Study, devotions, fellowship and food. This bible study/discussion is lead by our Director of Christian Education, Alex Wright and will be held in the Lounge.
